In this project by David Coco at Dixon Smith Interiors, the client came to Dixon Smith Interiors to help her embark on a journey of downsizing into a new season of her life. The result was a harmonious blend of renewal and continuity. For this new chapter of her life, David collaborated closely with the client to choose special pieces from her previous home to blend in beautifully with new pieces in her new home. David also helped this client from start to finish with a thoughtful renovation of the entire space, transforming the townhome into a sanctuary of contemporary elegance. Through a delicate balance of old and new, David crafted a space that feels both familiar and invigorating for the client, a canvas for the next chapter of her journey.
